Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can offer our services to all clients, we kindly request 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 20% of service unless you have contacted us directly. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Deposits are non refundable and goes toward your service. In the event you cancel you will be able to roll it over to the next scheduled appointment. A credit card is required to book appointments to secure your time.
