Come visit us and experience the glow for yourself ✨ Late policy- A 10 minute grace period will be enforced. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. No additional people or pets allowed unless approved by owner. Deposit Required- $10 deposit required on services above $20. Deposits are non refundable and can moved to next scheduled appointment if you reschedule. All services provided by 11:11 Skin & Beauty are non-refundable. Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We are committed to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to address the issue at our discretion (e.g. a complimentary adjustment where appropriate). Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can offer our services to all clients, we kindly request 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 20% of service unless you have contacted us directly. No-shows will be charged 20% of the service fee. Deposits are non refundable and goes toward your service. In the event you cancel you will be able to roll it over to the next scheduled appointment. A credit card is required to book appointments to secure your time.
